Fun with Fondant - The Basics.
Saturday June 16, 2012 1-4 pm.

In this hands-on class, you will cover a 5-inch cake with fondant.

You will learn the basics of rolling out your fondant and keeping wrinkles out.
You will make a rope border, use a crimper and decorate your cake with fondant ribbon roses.

Tools required. List provided after registration. Fee $80 + HST. Fee includes a 1kg pail of white fondant and a crumb-coated 5-inch cake for each participant.
