Dear Rose,
The cake was better then I imagined. The bride and groom thanked me and were very pleased with it. It tasted amazing, It's the first time I've ever seen a wedding cake be devoured by the crowd, there were only crumbs left. Thank you so much, I will definitely keep you in mind and recommend you to others. It's really hard to find a cake that looks good, tastes good, and is vegetarian.

Thank you so much! We received so many compliments on the cake! People were saying it was the most delicious wedding cake they'd ever had. My family enjoyed eating the bottom tier the next day!! It looked beautiful! The piping designs were perfect, a beautiful canvas for the flowers. I have let everyone know that it was Essence Cakes that did such a great job. Thanks again.

Dear Rose,
Thank you for making such a beautiful wedding cake for my daughter. It was absolutely delicious. Many guests commented on how moist and tasty it was. Some even asked for seconds! They couldn’t believe it was gluten-free . Even the kitchen staff made a point of mentioning just how easy it was to cut and serve!
The Easter cake you made for me had everyone begging for seconds…and thirds! The orange cream filling was smooth with just the right flavour to make it a big hit. It went so quickly I will have to order a larger one next time to prevent any fighting over the last two pieces!
