Terms and Policies

    REGISTRATION Classes are limited to six participants. Register early to confirm your seat. Registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment

    CLASS CANCELLATIONS A minimum of 5 participants must be registered for a class to take place. If this requirement is not met, class will be cancelled and full refund will be made to you.

    PAYMENTS You can make payment by credit card by clicking on the Pay Now button for the class in which you are interested. We also accept Money Orders (No personal cheques, please) made payable to "Essence Cakes". Please mail to:

    CANCELLATIONS If you cancel your confirmation up to 8 days before the class takes place, you are eligible for only 50% refund paid fee. Cancellations made 7 days before class will result in forfeiture of the fee paid.

    TOOLS (i) Unless otherwise stated, tools and materials required for classes are not included in fee. When you register, we will provide a list of the tools and materials you need.
    (ii) Where tools are supplied, they are for in-class use only and we ask participants to refrain from removing them.

    CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES/PDAs Cameras are welcome in the class. However, class sessions cannot be video-taped in any way. A violation of this policy will result in an immediate class ejection. We also ask participants to refrain from posting step-by-step pictures of sessions online. Essence Cakes will be taking pictures of the class sessions and we reserve the right to use the pictures in all promotional material. Cell phones may be brought in but we ask they are in SILENT mode out of respect for all participants.
